Mrs. Poonam Nanda, Trustee and founding member with YouWeCan, the foundation started by Yuvraj Singh after his journey with cancer, has been working relentlessly in the field of cancer bringing the message of early detection and awareness amongst the ladies, especially because she herself is a breast cancer survivor twice over, and spearheading the program of Swasth Mahila Swasth Goa with 1,10,000 women screened and now on to a project of Swasth Mahila Swasth Bharat in 15 aspirational districts of India screening 1,15,000 women and also been in the field of education for the last 4 decades and is known for her empathetic mentoring to students and all the people she meets.
